Workshop Policies
By purchasing workshops you acknowledge and agree to the policies below.
Workshop Registration & Cancellations
Workshop registrations reserve a limited seat, materials, and preparation time in advance.
Participant Cancellations
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the workshop date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 7–13 days before the workshop date are eligible for workshop credit toward a future session.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop are non-refundable.
Transferring Your Spot
Workshop registrations may be transferred to another participant if advance notice is provided prior to the workshop date.
Workshop Cancellations by Organizer
Workshops may occasionally be cancelled or rescheduled due to illness, weather, low enrollment, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, participants will be offered either: a full refund, or transfer to a future workshop.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Workshops begin on time to respect all participants and scheduled instruction. Late arrivals may miss portions of the instruction process, and additional private catch-up instruction cannot be guaranteed. Participants who do not attend without notice are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Materials & Safety
Participants are expected to follow all safety instructions during the workshop. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the workshop without refund.
Intellectual Property
All designs, workshop materials, photographs, written content, and original concepts remain the intellectual property of the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing. Workshop content, or designs may not be reproduced, commercially replicated, taught, or redistributed without permission.
